The property is comprised of a main house and adjacent guest house above the garage. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. All 3 bedrooms have en suite full bathrooms along with private ocean view decks. The main house is surrounded by expansive oceanfront decks with amazing ocean views, perfect for lounging or dining outdoors. The large guest house studio is equipped with a full kitchen and full bathroom. This space has two queen beds and two futons. This estate also contains a game room in the basement of the main house for your enjoyment.
