The kitchen is stocked with all new supplies and small appliances commensurate with luxury standards, including a Nespresso machine, coffee grinder, abundant service ware, wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, top quality cookware, center-island wood table, expansive granite counters, dual dishwashers and sinks, and new Samsung French door fridge with ice maker/filtered water station.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom and flat panel televisions with AppleTV. A convenient separate office provides a large desk, WiFi, office supplies and multi-function printer. There are two laundry centers. Use of the two-car garage is available.
The single level design of Seashells Beach House provides very comfortable living for guests with limited physical movement. This property can be enjoyed by guests using a wheelchair although it is not specifically outfitted for special needs.

- Quiet Hours From 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m During Which Time the Noise from the Short-Term Rental Home Shall Not Unreasonably Disturb Adjacent Neighbors
- Sound that is Audible Beyond the Property Boundaries During Non-Quiet Hours Shall Not be More Excessive than Would be Otherwise Associated with a Residential Area
- Amplified Sound that is Audible Beyond the Property Boundaries of the Short-Term Rental Home is Prohibited
- Vehicles Shall be Parked in the Designated Onsite Parking Area and Shall Not be Parked on the Street
- No Parties and No Group Gatherings Other than Registered Guests Shall Occur
- Occupancy is for 2 Guests per Bedroom
- Rental is for One Set of Guests (one family) at a time. Property is Not Rented at the Same Time to Unaffiliated Persons
