It’s a luxurious, private, 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, immaculately clean and with every amenity possible! Close to 3 National Parks: Zions, Grand Canyon and Bryce. Local: Maxwell Park, El Cap, Box Canyon, Hiking, ATV trails, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Hidden Ancient Indian writings, walking trails, and with sitting areas that are all close to where you can relax & enjoy our Butchart Gardens that are stunning year-round! The space:
Each bedroom is furnished to feel luxurious! No details lack! Each bed is made with bamboo sheets, feather down pillows, comfy comforters, extra pillows and blankets, bedside phone chargers, remote TVs in every room, and is immaculately clean! Bathrooms are stocked with extra toiletries, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, extra towels, and is also exceptionally sparkling clean! There is a gorgeous dining table and chairs off of a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and a fully stocked coffee bar with a choice of different coffees to choose from, creamers, sugar, coffee, cups, or cups to go. You have a choice of two kinds of coffee makers to brew your favorite coffee. Laundry area has washer and dryer with your choice of laundry soaps. Living room has a huge sectional sofa for plenty of seating with a huge TV to enjoy movie night.

Your backyard has a garden oasis with flowers blooming year-round, but more so in spring, summer and fall that is always maintained. You will have a private patio with table and chairs and a separate space with a pavilion gazebo that has plenty of seating to enjoy a fire, small water feature and an electric chef pellet barbecuer to cook a perfect steak or hamburger! A game of cornhole is on the patio, as well as, more board games inside, for the family.
