Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with an island with two bar stools, a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, gas stove top, oven, refrigerator, open shelving, and a large sink with a window that overlooks the back patio and yard.
Dining Room: The dining room table seats six comfortably, making it ideal for family meals or gatherings.
Hallway: A hallway leads to various rooms and spaces:
Full Bathroom: Located on the left, this bathroom includes a tub.
Bedroom 1: On the right, this bedroom has two twin beds.
Laundry Nook: Further down the hall on the left, you’ll find a stackable washer and dryer.
Bedrooms 2 and 3: At the end of the hall, both bedrooms feature a master bed. One of these bedrooms has a large en-suite full bathroom with dual sinks and an oversized shower.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy the large fenced yard to the side and back of the home, as well as a patio coming off the back door.
Parking: The driveway in front can fit easily two cars in a single file, and additional parking is available on the street.
Entertainment: The master bedroom has a TV, and the living room also has a TV with an included streaming service.

You have full access to the main home and yard except there is a locked "owners' closet" in the master bedroom containing supplies for cleaning and turn-over. In addition, the property has a second rental unit attached to the backside of the main house that is accessed from the adjacent street. This studio has its own private entrance and private yard that is off-limits unless you rent that unit in addition to the primary house.

This is a private home in a residential neighborhood near downtown Schertz, TX. No parties are allowed on the property and there is a city noise ordinance between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am that must be complied with. Please be considerate of our neighbors and limit outdoor noise after 10:00pm.
