Built in 2016, after our original home was destroyed in the Jamestown flood 2013, this basement apartment was created to provide housing for aging parents, friends and guests. Our family lives upstairs and share all the outdoor amenities. Newly constructed, 800 sq ft open floor plan apt on James Creek. However, the acre lot landscaping is still being completed. In winter, enjoy the radiant heat floors throughout apt. Minimalist decor, outdoor active space. Go fishing on the creek. Use the pool table/ping pong table, trampoline, and firepit (no bonfires)-dependent on whether or not there's a fire ban!
Pets allowed- fee $20/day per pet. Please note there is no fence on property. However we are 300’ from a large town park and 1/4 mile from USFS land where dogs can roam free, FYI this is a dog loving community some neighbor's dogs roam free.
