The home is located inside the guard gated community of Baja Del Mar, with 24/7 guard-controlled entrance/exit as well as regular patrols throughout the complex.
Our ocean front home has a dual-level expansive private patio with stairs and direct beach access. The home is located close to a large shopping center that has
movie theatres (English & Spanish) and several restaurants.
You are ON the beach.
The space
This is a comfortable 2-bedroom , 2 bath home with a two-person shower in one bath, and a jetted tub in the other. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Our home affords a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy the ocean and Coronado Islands views. Delightful days are yours to splash in the waves or soak up the sun in sand beach chairs, and then be mesmerized by the magnificent sunsets that await you. Later, fall gently asleep to the sounds of the waves. The delightful days and pleasant evenings are yours to enjoy!
We hope you enjoy the beach house as much as we do! There is a DVD player with a number of classic movies.
Additional rules
Private Community quiet hours begin at 10pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends. We rely on a continued good relationship with our neighbors and your adherence to these outdoor quiet hours is important. There is a strict indoor non-smoking/ non-vaping policy. No Fireworks, or ATV's are allowed on the beach.
Only the registered guests visit the home, no outside visitors please.
There is a jacuzzi on the patio but it is not in service.

Bedroom #1 has a drape between the room and the living room. This gives privacy when you want it, and a beautiful view of the beach when it is open.
The heating thermostat is preset for summer conditions. It is currently off but will change for winter conditions.
