Our family is renting our home for a limited period in 2025. Located on a corner lot at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, our contemporary home built in 2017 features five bedroom suites, a bunk room, and an open floor plan with multiple living spaces over three finished floors.
Easily accommodate a large family or multiple families with 2 masters, 3 additional king bedrooms, and a built-in bunk room with 6 beds. All 6 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is an additional powder room near front entrance.
Large open living space on first floor with kitchen, living area and dining. Opens to back patio with grill and outdoor fireplace.
Enjoy nearby south shore beaches, Miacomet Golf Course, Cisco Brewery, Bartlett’s Farm and 167 Raw seafood. Bike or drive 2 miles to town.
First Floor: Master suite situated on a private wing on the front of the house. Large laundry room with its own entrance; powder room. Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with access to the patio.
Second Floor: Three bedroom suites (3 kings), one of which acts as a second master with balcony overlooking green space. All bedrooms with ensuite bath.
Basement: One bedroom suite, one bunk room (6 beds) with bath, and media/play room. Exit to the backyard.
Access to a secluded community pool down a short path (1 minute walk) that gets very light usage.
