• Open-concept living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen
• 2 newly renovated bathrooms
BASEMENT (fully renovated & bright):
• 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds
• 3rd full bathroom
• 2nd kitchen, living & dining area
• 2nd washer & dryer pair
POOL & JACUZZI SPA:
• Heated Saltwater pool & Jacuzzi [open April 1 - Oct 31]. Both are closed during the winter from Nov 1 - March 31.
• Outdoor lounge furniture and BBQ are available April 1 - Oct 31. They are in storage during the winter.
• Pool and Jacuzzi hours are 9am-10pm. Pool and backyard lights turn off at 10pm (no exceptions). To respect the tranquility of our neighbours, exterior quiet hours start at 9pm.
BACKYARD RULES:
Outdoor quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Due to the proximity of neighboring homes, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time of day.
