Upstairs boasts another bedroom with a queen bed with lovely views to the backyard area and shares an adjacent bathroom. The third bedroom upstairs offers another lush full bed and is the perfect place to unwind. There is also a full bathroom with a gorgeous arched tub and shower on the second floor. This bathroom even includes a television.
Historic arched windows frame the city hills with views to Mount Wilson and fill the living room with morning light. Through the living room you access the large formal dining room and kitchen with butlers pantry stocked with every kitchen gadget the chef could wish for! French doors lead from the kitchen into the private back yard with ample shade from the thriving trees and gardens. Enjoy BBQ’ing and sipping a glass of wine or tea among the healthy gardens and stroll through the thoughtful paths around this large back yard.

PARKING: Open driveway and street parking. Note: this home only has parking for TWO cars. There is no garage access. The home is on a steep hill and you MUST CLIMB STAIRS to access the home
