Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 28 nights require an extra cleaning every 28 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.
Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Guests have access to the full apartment; while this is our home when we are in Boise, when we are away you have access to everything.
Other things to note
The home is located downtown; therefore, be prepared for pedestrian traffic outside and at times, street noise.
