The home was built around 1910 near the Guadalupe River and is surrounded by towering pecan trees that shade a front porch equipped with rocking chairs, and 2 outdoor patios. Once inside, you will feel right at home in this charming, 1900 Sears and Roebuck kit house that was renovated and modernized with a well-equipped family-style kitchen, a large antique-filled dining room, and a comfortable living room with a large cozy fireplace. Don't miss the Brick-Oven Pizza at the La Calabria restaurant (Open Thursday thru Saturday) located on the grounds of the ranch. A few days at this location, and you will not want to leave!
