The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guest Access:
Access is by private door with door code.

Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

The property is a short walk to downtown Ghent, CHKD, EVMS, and downtown Norfolk.

Getting Around:
Parking is available on the street on the front and side of the building.
Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

House rules:
• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• Glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit. Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
