Summary: When we arrived late Friday afternoon the woman desk clerk was super nice and friendly. We just popped in our room to drop our bags and rush out again. When we returned we noticed odd things in our room. All the pillows were on one bed, no soap on bathroom sink, hand towel tossed on desk, dirty bed spread. We were not sure if the room was completely cleaned. It was late we had driven all day and didn’t want to change room so decided not to say anything that night. The next morning at checkout I told the desk clerk, a very nice lady, our experience and she said she was very sorry and that she would talk to the staff.
