This single family home has two bedrooms and a one and half bath, (a true Jack and Jill bath) with breathtaking views from the Lanai. The main bedroom has a King Bed, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed and both rooms are equipped with Air Conditioning for those warmer nights. The living room also has an additional Air Conditioning unit for your comfort.The kitchen has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay, such as, full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and of course a coffee grinder so you can grind your fresh Kona Coffee beans.You can enjoy your fresh brewed Kona Coffee or your tropical drink out on the Lanai where you will enjoy watching HumpBack Whales during whale season, cruise ships come in and leave, the Gorgeous Hawaiian Sunsets or the surfer's at Lyman Beach or just relax with a good book. The main portion of the rental is upstairs and the laundry room/facilities is downstairs. The remaining portion of the home is storage.
