The house has a beautiful reverse board and batten pine wood and local stone façade with large windows to enjoy the landscape above the boulder. You are within the trees and birds. Wake up with the sun rise and relax by the fire with the sunset & Catskills peeking between the trees.

The great room encompasses the kitchen, dining, comfortable living space, large screen smart TV, wood burning fireplace, a “chill “reading nook with picturesque windows and balconies maximizing views from all sides of the house.
There is a separate Den that functions as a sleeping space & office space with a convertible, super plush twin bed, a private full bathroom and a Juliette balcony.
First Floor
Main bedroom suite includes a king bed, gas fireplace, 2-person shower steam room, double vanity, an oversized soaking tub and a balcony to enjoy the most tranquil east forest view.

Boulder Tree House has exposed random pine wood rough cut decking and random finished flooring, and rough-cut pine wood beams. All walls and windows have soft round edges.
