Summary: The lady at the front desk was a very friendly and helpful. There were a couple things in our room that were looked over by the maid. Our window wasn't completely shut and when I opened the curtains there were two wasps in our room. Not a big deal. I was able to deal with them. Our Kleenex box was almost empty and what was in it was wet. Everything else was fine. It's an older hotel.
