Along with the beds in the gathering room you will find an amish rocking chair, a full size couch, love seat and ottoman. A mini fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven & griddle combo, and an electric tea pot are available for use. The Barn Loft has 2 balconies, each face either the sunrise or the sunset.
Guests also have full access to the shared open-air screened camp kitchen. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hot plate, a gas grill (grilling utensils) and a cold water sink. Located within the screened in area is a restroom closet with a flushable toilet. Outside the camp kitchen, guests will find an outdoor shower, a fire pit, chairs and picnic tables for your use.
We have stocked the loft and the outdoor kitchen with card/board games, yard games, and Eno hammocks for your enjoyment. We are located in an area where there is no light pollution, the night sky is incredible. If you love birds, you will either hear or see a large variety. There are several other activities offered here for an additional cost, please inquire if interested in any of the following. If you are looking to get out on the water, either the intracoastal waterway or the Cape Fear River, we can help. There is a yoga studio on site, available for a private or group session. And lastly we offer a couple different Equine programs (riding not included but can direct you elsewhere) We hope that you will love this place of peace as much as we do!
