We are located on the Cape Fear River and have fabulous water views from our balcony, a great place to sit with your morning coffee or watch the evening sunset.

The condo is furnished with a queen sized bed, fully appointed kitchen, full sized washer and dryer, flat screen TV and DVD player. Linens are provided.
This is our home away from home and we think it is the ideal spot from which to enjoy historic Wilmington. There are loads of great restaurants all within walking distance. Boat tours, carriage tour, walking tours, and historic home tours are all just steps away.
There is a free trolley that stops on Front Street that will take you from one end of downtown to the other.
The River Walk is right across the street. Catch a boat tour, take a stroll or sit and have dinner at one of the riverfront restaurants
Downtown Wilmington also offers live theater as well as live music.
If you want to spend the day at the beach, we are about a 20 minute drive away.
If you happen to be flying in, we are only about 5 miles from Wilmington International Airport.
Please note that our building has recently become a non-smoking building. This includes the common areas including the courtyard.
As part of our COVID-19 response, we are blocking any new rentals for 72 hours both before and after a booking. Please rest assured that the condo is cleaned and all linens are laundered after every guest.
