You have access to the entire 16 acres of property. All 3 cottages, the Villa, the party room at the Villa as well as the Pickleball Court. We ask that you do not access the open space to the left of the party room where the lawn equipment is housed, as well as the closet in party room and janitors closet in the Villa. The trailers and Kawasaki Mule are also for owner use only.
