The living room and dining area are polished and welcoming, with wood paneled walls, comfortable furnishings, and cheery pops of color. The wraparound porch will be your favorite place to enjoy fresh air and great company - spacious enough to accommodate your entire group, the porch has seating for ten.
The Book House offers the best of both worlds - acres of private scenery with all the beauty of Hill Country, and easy accessibility to Austin’s amenities and attractions.
A warm, welcoming living and dining area with wood-paneled walls and immaculate hardwood flooring is the perfect entry to your cabin-style retreat. Unwind with a good book on the stylish sofa or play cards at the dining table. When you’re ready for dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances to prepare a delicious meal. The Samsung dishwasher makes post-meal cleanup a breeze.
On the first floor, three bedrooms each contain two twin beds - a total of six guests can sleep on this floor. Cheery décor in different color themes makes each room unique. Travel up to the second floor, where two spacious and airy bedrooms each contain two full beds. Large groups have the benefit of private en suite full baths in each of the five bedrooms, making this the perfect spot for groups of couples or families with kids.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
