A sunny and bright peaceful corner unit in a very private setting located at end of lane (no through traffic). Includes back yard, patio, surrounded by a tree lined boundary and privacy fence in the back.
Downstairs master bedroom with King bed, loft with 2 twin beds, and 2nd bedroom off the loft with 2 twin trundle beds. 50 yards from the Fetcher pool complex with indoor / outdoor pools, spas, sauna. Also includes fitness building, tennis, volley ball, and basketball courts. A 1/4 mile away is a second outdoor pool including the Shark Bah. 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail trail and 1 mile and 1/2 to bay side beaches
This is our 3rd move at the Ocean Edge. Each move we needed a larger property for our condo rental.
The previous 3 years we where located in Chilton Village. We sold out each season. We simply needed a larger home for our guests. We had 12 Reviews over the 3 years at Chilton with 12 "5 Star" Ratings.
The previous 3 years before Chilton Village we where located in Fletcher Village. Again, we sold out each season. At Fletcher Village we had 15 Reviews over the 3 years with 15 "5 Star" Ratings.
We tell you this about our previous condos because we cannot transfer Reviews or Ratings so we are appearing as new owners but this is our 6th year on Home Away

- The loft (upstairs) has two new twin beds, a couch, a dresser, and a 30" flat screen TV
- A new Kitchen dining set provides the comfort of home while enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.
- Two bathrooms with 1 newly installed sink, vanity, and counter top
Our condo is ideally suited for day trips to Provincetown, Chatham, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and the national seashore beaches or you may choose to relax at one of the resorts outdoor pools. Nearby you will have access to golfing, beaches, fishing, whale watching, restaurants, and the art galleries and antiques shops along historic 6A. Bring your own bike or rent one at the resort. Bike from the condo onto Cape Cod bike trail to Nickerson State Park, and the Orleans shops. Lots of family attractions nearby.
