~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm
~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night
~ Our properties are cleaned and disinfected with scent-free products as well as treated with pest repellant that is non toxic
