In the heart of Zilker, this fabulous craftsman home is perfect for exploring Austin and walking South Lamar. Curated with comfort in mind and space for sweet groups to gather. Spacious for entertaining your favorite people. The stocked kitchen makes for easy meals. Fabulous Zilker Location and close to downtown. Walk to some of Austin's favorite venues.

The two-story craftsman house is your private Austin Retreat. You'll walk into the open kitchen, dining, and living room, open and ready for your group.
At the back of the house are two bedroom areas. One has a door and the other is an open area. The back door leads to a gigantic deck perfect for yoga, laying out, or just morning coffee.
Upstairs, you will find two more sleeping areas. The landing area has a futon that folds into a double bed. We leave linens for you. The primary bedroom with a king bed and bathroom are beyond spacious. The en suite bathroom, with a jacuzzi tub and a shower, is spacious.
At the very back of the lot is a loft apartment above a garage. We have recently begun to rent it for short term stays. You may see folks walking back to the apartment. It sleeps two, so it will just be two people.

Yes! We have a pack n play and high chair stored in the bedroom closets.
Is the house a stand alone home?
Yes. The house is a single craftsman home. There is a studio apartment in the back yard that is totally separate.
Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. There would be an exterior step up to the home.
Is child care or sitting service available?

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!
Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.
Are pets allowed?
There is a 100.00 pet fee up to two pets. We do love hosting pets. If pets are at the house without permission, there is a $250.00 fine.
Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.
Do you have beach towels?
Yes! We leave towels for taking to the pool or lake.
Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)
Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.
Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. Our carport is also a safe option for leaving bags for a longer time period. Just let us know. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.
Are a washer and dryer available?
Yes. There is a laundry room on the main level.
Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange an early or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour up to two hours. We use V.nmo for this (@PB-Austin)
What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
Please don't flush wipes of any kind, paper towels, sanitary products etc. Repair fees for system clogs will be charged to the guests.
No smoking inside. If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
