Enjoy the unobstructed views of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountain from poolside while relaxing in the warm Tucson sun. This spacious, beautifully decorated home offers 5 comfortable bedrooms (four bedrooms in the main house, one bedroom in the guesthouse off the garage) offering a maximum sleeping room for 10 people. The backyard has a large pool and hot tub with plenty of lounging space. We offer an outdoor gas BBQ grill and covered seating areas. ***Please note, the pool does not have a heater and the water cannot be heated for swimming during the non-summer months. Guests are welcome to use the pool anytime, but the water will be very cold from October through May.*** The hot tub is available year-round at no extra charge.
The Main Bathroom and Master Bathroom have been recently professionally renovated (Summer 2017).
We do not permit large parties or events with frequent transient visitors. Small celebrations are permitted with advance notice to the property owner. EXCESSIVE NOISE IS PROHIBITED (sorry for the extra emphasis, but we can't stress this enough. We have a good relationship with the neighbors and want to keep it that way.) No refunds will be made for rent, fees or deposits if guests are evicted due to these rental term violations.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, LCD TV, master bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed.
Bedroom #3 has two twin-sized beds.
Bedroom #4 has a queen-sized bed.
The house offers one main bathroom, one 3/4 bathroom in the master bedroom, a half bath off the rec room, and a full bathroom in the guest suite.
The 'Bonus Room' has a futon that pulls out to a queen sized bed and a wardrobe (no closet).
The 'Guest Suite' is attached to the garage and has a king-sized bed, an HD TV and an attached bathroom.
Our dining room has a beautiful wood table that seats 10 comfortably.
We have a spacious living room with hardwood floors and a 56' LCD HDTV.
The Rec Room has a full sized pool table, a wall mounted flat panel HDTV with surround sound, and a wet bar with a mini fridge.
The covered patio on the north side of the house beautiful views of the Santa Catalina mountains, a built in grill and seating outside for dining or just relaxing.
We have a private swimming pool which is great for beating the heat in the summer months. The pool is not heated for use in the winter time nor is there an option to have it heated. Adjacent to the pool is a ramada for shaded seating.
We also offer a six-person hot tub year-round outside next to the patio area.
All linen, towels, kitchenware and household amenities are included as well as an introductory supply of toilet paper, garbage bags and soap. Guests are responsible for all consumables (food, paper towels, etc.).
