The Baker Chalet is a spacious three level mountain retreat. Family-oriented with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and floor-to-ceiling great room windows with a mountain view. After skiing Mt. Baker, hiking or biking outdoors, sprawl out on our supersized sectional, plug into the Starlink WIFI, watch TV or shoot pool. Soak in our 7 seat jetted hot tub and relax. Linens and towels are all provided, including Pharmacopia bodycare toiletries to pamper you during your stay.
Our chalet is comfortable, spacious, and very well laid out. 3 floors of space, 4 bedrooms and a queen sized murphy wall bed downstairs. Our mattresses are Saatva organic cotton luxury-firm and our bedding is 100% cotton. The view of Church Mountain is fantastic. Whether you are soaking in our Dimension One 7 seater hot tub, on the patio, or in the living room, its hard to take your eyes off of the view. The setting is peaceful, serene and calming.
We’re in Glacier, Washington in a private gated community club called Snowline. It's the closest development to the Mt. Baker ski area.
There are neighbors near by, but not too close. Additionally, outdoor recreational activities such as hiking and biking abound nearby.
As of October 1st, 2022, vacation rental guests are no longer allowed to use the swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts of the Snowline community.

There is little to no cell reception on Mount Baker. It's a good idea to map out your directions ahead of time. When you arrive at the Baker Chalet you can use wifi calling. We recently installed Starlink high speed WiFi.
For peace of mind, our chalet is equipped with a home backup generator that will automatically power the entire premises (EXCEPT the hot tub and downstairs range) in the event of a power outage.
Please note that sometimes, if another guest checks out on the same day that you arrive, we decide to drain the hot tub fully, in order to thoroughly clean it. In that case, it won't be fully heated up on the evening that you arrive.
Booking guest must be 25 years or older and be present every night of the booking. People outside of the group for which you booked the Baker Chalet are not allowed on the premises.
We recently installed a 220V NEMA 14-50 electric car charger outlet.
We do not allow elope-weddings, wedding preparations, nor bachelor parties in our house.
Quiet hours in the community are 11pm-7am but we ask that you wind down noise after 10pm.
