Off-street parking for 1 car. Washer/dryer in separate common area. This condo is in a 5 condo building 2 blocks from beach-Great for large families or extended families to rent multiple units to have your shared and personal space. This is a non-smoking building.Must be 21 years old to rent and we do not accept events or high school senior week rentals. Lines are the responsibility of the guest you can bring your own or rent from a local company.
