The Grove is located in Delaplane where John Marshall, the former United States Supreme Court Chief Justice who grew up at Oak Hill Mansion next door. The Grove was actually built by John Marshall for his sister. The town of Marshall (just five minutes away) is named after the former Chief Justice. The historic and popular towns of Middleburg, Warrenton, Paris and Upperville are all easy 15-20 minute drives.
Fauquier County is among the finest horse country in Virginia. Some of the most beautiful farms in the county are nearby.
