NEIGHBORHOOD UPDATE: Our home is located on a newer, emerging section of the mountain where several beautiful new homes are being built. The lot next to us has recently begun construction, so you may occasionally notice activity during normal weekday daytime hours. Evenings and weekends are typically peaceful. Construction schedules are outside of our control, but we like to share this for full transparency so guests know what to expect. Please let us know if you have any questions.
AGE REQUIREMENTS: We welcome groups of friends and family, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older.
PETS: We love pets, but they must be disclosed before booking and are subject to approval. A pet fee of $90 per pet will be required. This fee is for having a pet at the property and does not cover damages or stains caused by the pet. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
