Indoor Areas:
The first floor offers an open living/kitchen/dining area, a gas fireplace (operational from Labor Day to Memorial Day), a full bathroom, a queen-sized bedroom, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and sliding glass doors that lead to a delightful screened-in porch with seating and backyard access. The well-equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, spices, cookware, utensils, and more. A bar cabinet awaits, with all the tools needed to create the perfect cocktail. Save us an Old Fashioned!
The second floor features a loft area with a twin trundle bed, ideal for two guests. Capture timeless memories and strike a pose against our brand-new hedge wall and neon sign, creating fun photo opportunities and added ambiance. Stay active with yoga mats, light dumbbells, and exercise bands provided. Game enthusiasts will love the shuffleboard table, board games, and Galaga arcade game. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a work desk, wireless charging station for your iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch, and another full bathroom. The master bedroom boasts plenty of natural light, including a skylight (pack a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to light).
Mini-split units in the master bedroom and living room provide cooling during summer, while electric baseboard heating keeps you cozy during colder nights. Ceiling fans are available throughout the home.
Smart TVs with Roku are installed in the living room and bedrooms, allowing you to access your favorite streaming apps.
Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for your convenience. Dog beds and bowls are provided for your furry family members.

To access these amenities, the purchase of amenity passes is required. The pricing for ages seven (7) and above is as follows:
- Daily pass: weekdays $8 per person, per day
- Daily pass: weekends or holidays $10 per person, per day
- Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per person, per week
- Holiday week pass: $50 per person, per week
Amenity passes can be purchased at the clubhouse, rec center, or association office, which is open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am to 4pm.
Please be aware that amenities are subject to availability and may have varying hours. We cannot guarantee their availability during your stay, as they are managed by the community.

After booking, we will promptly reach out to you for information for the required rental application. Please check your messages within one hour after booking. For stays less than a week away, we require this information and your signature on the day of booking. Additionally, we will send you our community and house rules for your review and signature. Please note that failure to provide these signed documents within the specified timeframe may result in a late fee.
The maximum occupancy of the home is 8 people, with a limit of 6 adults. Only registered guests listed on the rental application will be permitted in the house and community.
Pets are welcome! We allow up to two well-behaved and trained pups with a non-refundable pet fee of $85 payable at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that our property is not fenced-in, and all pets must be on a leash at all times when outside. We do not permit cats or other pets.
Fireworks and sparklers are strictly prohibited within the community at all times. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and a $1000 fine.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and require prior approval, and may be subject to an additional fee.
Our chalet is located in a peaceful gated community with year-round residents. We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and the community throughout your stay.
You may park a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed within the community.
If you plan to charge an electric vehicle during your stay, a fee will be applied at the time of booking. Please inform us in advance if you require electric vehicle charging.
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Guests must be at least 26 years old to book, and we do not accept bookings from groups of young adults under 26.
Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash before check-out. The community trash compactor and recycling area is located by the main gate entrance. Please do not store any trash outside the house at any time to prevent attracting animals.
OTHER INFO:
Our chalet is situated on the main drive with nearby neighbors and occasional neighborhood traffic. However, it offers ample privacy and a beautiful wooded setting.
As the chalet is located in the mountains, you may come across wildlife such as wild turkeys, deer, raccoons, and bears.
Your safety and the security of our home are important to us. The property is equipped with two exterior security cameras at the front and back doors that actively record.
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked closet on the first floor, unfinished space behind the master closet, and the crawl space.
Please note that the downstairs bedroom does not have a separate air conditioning unit and shares the split unit with the main living area. However, there is a ceiling fan in the room for added comfort.
