Our spacious three-level 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home features a 1st master bedroom with a luxurious California king bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a private sanctuary for relaxation. 2nd and 4th bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen beds, while the 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring two twin beds. Each bedroom offers stunning views of the surrounding trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The game room downstairs is perfect for kids to have their own space, play some games or watch something on their own on 75” TV.
Step outside to explore our expansive backyard, where you can stroll through lush grass and trees, perfect for family picnics or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature. The private entrance ensures you can come and go as you please, making it feel like your home away from home.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and the expansive 5 acres of beautiful land surrounding the property, providing plenty of space to explore and enjoy the outdoors. The house features an attached garage for your convenience, but please note that the other standalone garage is not accessible to guests. Additionally, one linen closet and utility closet will be locked for host storage. We encourage you to make the most of the cozy indoor spaces and the serene outdoor environment during your stay!

We love our beautiful home and we expect our guests to treat it with care and respect.
• Booking guest must be 25+ years old.
• Maximum stay is 21 day
• No parties, events, or weddings, are permitted unless previously approved by host. All visitors and pets must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests or pets may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Guest agrees to provide photo identification to host within 24 hours of making the reservation to verify name and age.
• No 3rd party reservations. The guest who reserved the property must be on property during the stay and assume all responsibility for any property damage caused by other guests.
• All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
• No smoking of any kind is allowed in or within 25 feet of the property. Any cigarette or marijuana smell will result in an additional cleaning fee of $1000 or equivalent to the cost of removal (which ever is greater).
• We have a septic system, only toilet paper may be flush in the toilets.
• This is a shoe free house. We ask guests to remove their shoes at the entrance.
• There is a 1/4 mile private unpaved road leading up to the property with 10MPH speed limit posted. We ask all guests to obey posted speed limit on that private road.
• No pets except cats and dogs are permitted on property without prior approval from the host
• Please pick up after your pets so other guests don’t step into surprises
• No moving of the large furniture (beds, couches, dining table), appliances, arcade games etc is permitted without prior host approval . Fee of $100 may be charged for every furniture item moved.
• For everyone safety our home is equipped with 3 fire extinguishers. One is located downstairs in the game room, and two others are nearby entry doors - main door and garage door in the kitchen. If you have small kids in your party and you think they may activate them accidentally - please put them in a closet or garage out of kids reach.
• Water and electricity are included with your stay, however we can’t provide infinite supply of electricity and water, therefore any wasteful and excessive consumptions of electricity or water will be charged extra. Electricity after 120kWh a day – 25c per 1 kWh, Water after 500 gallons a day – 5c per gallon.
• No paintball guns on property, no terrorizing wildlife, no hunting, no shooting, no discharging firearms or other weapons.
