Wonderful ocean views await you from this open floor plan chalet style home. Located on the bluff on a quiet cul-de-sac at the corner of Beach Loop Drive and Seabird Lane. Surrounded by beautiful pine trees with plenty of parking and a view of the ocean. There is a five minute walk to beach accesses from the north and south of the house, but no private beach access from the house.
The home has two spacious bedrooms plus a loft area and a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher for your convenience. The living room and dining rooms are located downstairs with two large sliders for enjoying the ocean view from both areas. A comfortable bench and a writing table is located in the loft for viewing the ocean also. The living room has a comfy large reclining sofa and loveseat. Turn on the electric fireplace and take a nap with one of the soft throws provided. Or watch your favorite movie on the large screen TV. There is also a TV in the upstairs bedroom.
