Settle into the main living area for board games and conversation, then step outside to the yard for fresh ocean air and a barbecue dinner on the grill. A washer and dryer are included for longer stays and sandy beach days. Please note the home has stairs.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: 2 driveway parking spots are available. Parking within Sea Ranch is strictly limited. Any additional vehicles must be parked at the Grand Welcome office at 39225 S. Hwy 1, Ste B, Gualala, CA. The Sea Ranch Association enforces parking rules and may issue fines for violations. No extra parking beyond what’s described.
• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to Sea Ranch’s remote coastal location, Wi-Fi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Stairs: The home has stairs; please plan accordingly.
• Pets: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. Dogs only—no cats or other pets. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest • Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed.
• Sleeping Flexibility: The two extra-long foam mattresses are intended for young children.
• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are provided in the home.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is out of order until further notice and not available for guest use.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
