Summary: The layout of the apartment is good, it's spacious however its very old, lots of damage and fans don't work, Mould on curtains, skirtings rotten and overall has a feeling of not being completely clean. Carpet is wrinkled and all the doors and handles are jammed. it needs a full renovation. Location is good, close to the boat ramp.
