Open Concept South Beach abode. Located a mere 40 minutes (if timed properly) from Vancouver centre.
New to the rental scene in our little community, our self contained 1000 sq foot cottage is available for your beach getaway. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen boasts french doors that open to a sunny private deck for your morning cup of java. Two bedrooms, one queen and a smaller bedroom for the kids with fully renovated bathroom between.
Located just 5 minutes to the beach with abundant blackberry bushes along the way you'll want to take the bikes through the rambling trails and explore this little gem called Point Roberts.
The rear double deck drops onto a large grassed yard, a perfect platform for the kids or the grand kids playing a game of badminton, bocce ball, or croquet. BBQ after a day at the beach and laze with a glass of wine comfortably seated in our Adirondack chairs (4) by the fire pit.
Wifi, Smart TV, .on demand hot water, stackable washer and dryer. Air conditioning (although you'll not likely need it).
Backyard bunkhouse (not available to guests at this time) with attached deck. Very private yard with sun all day.
