Beautiful and historic 3 story home with finished basement in the heart of the Highlands. Third floor is a great retreat room with two twin beds, a TV, and a full bathroom. Second Floor has the master bed/bath, two other bedrooms and a full guest bath with a washer/dryer. First floor is newly remodeled and is beautiful. Has a living room, dining room, office and half bath, but you will be spending most of your time in the Great Room, which is open concept kitchen and living area. We have Sonos surround sound throughout the first floor and patio as well. Basement is finished with workout equipment, fold-out couch, pool table, and half bath. Backyard is also newly renovated with a covered patio, fenced in backyard, outdoor ping-pong table and basketball goal. Home is approximately 4,000 sq ft. not including basement. It's a great home for hosting and there is no shortage of space.
