Screened porch faces Lake, concrete deck faces Lake, upper deck off large bedroom faces Lake. On backside/street side, small upper balcony, large lower deck off kitchen. Biking, swim, kayaks, paddleboards, hammock, grill, ring toss, corn hole and V-Ball in the sand! Bike ride to Hamlin beach State Park, bikes included! Short ride to the Finger Lakes Wineries, Niagra Falls, Niagra on the Lake, and Seabreeze Amusement. From cottage to airport or Wineries around Conesus/Canandaigua, nice ride w/no stop signs or lights, parkway to 390 South. 30min. to Rochester airport. Sorry no pets unless approved w/deposit.
