Please keep this in mind when booking stays between January and June, especially January–February, as construction—including demolition—is scheduled to occur 24/7, and these units overlook the construction area. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. The day of arrival, we will send codes to enter the common space and condo door. We urge guests to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in experience.
-While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts but pricing varies.
