Our 2 1/2 acre lot has the cottage on the far left and the studio on the far right. Owner lives on site in the main house. Our rentals are positioned for your utmost privacy. Guest should know we are located in unincorporated Denton county. You will drive past some trailer houses and junk cars. We share this with you, so you, might not judge our neighbors. It is very quiet out here.
