It offers an office, fire pit, and deck (grill), along with games such as ping pong, foosball, and corn hole, ideal for any family getaway, couple’s retreat, or time with friends. Have a cookout and utilize the fire pit; rent a boat or go swimming; or reserve time to have the much needed tranquil space to work. All new, Smart TV's.
Open concept 1st floor with office, dining room, living room and half bath. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in total. All bedrooms are on the top floor; three rooms have king size beds, one has two queen beds, and both bathrooms have double vanities. The office is secluded in the corner of the house with French doors. There is also a brand new deck and grill, along with a fire-pit in the backyard. Everything is brand new!
