YOUR SPACE: The naturally lit, open concept apartment. This unit is located on the second floor of the building. This apartment is fully furnished, complete with a well-appointed kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and toaster oven. The kitchen also includes ample cookware, dishes, serving and eating utensils, coffee and tea. Stream all your favorite shows from multiple smart TVs in the unit.
WE THOUGHT ABOUT YOU: Travelers will enjoy the freedom and privacy of a large space, yet with the details and quality of a hotel experience. 7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
