Here at Restful Ranch in Raintree we want our guests to feel "at home." Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate 16 guests! Fully furnished, onsite laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen, and pet friendly with a fee! Dining and shopping options are just a couple miles away. Conveniently located just outside of Columbia, but close enough to enjoy all the major attractions. 20 minutes to Midtown-Downtown, University of South Carolina, and Fort Jackson! We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will find ample space for hanging out and sleeping! This home has two living rooms, two dining tables, four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms!
The first living space is just inside the front door to your left. This room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, an arm chair, a desk with office chair, and a farm table with seating for 8! If you continue through this space, on the other side of the farm table is the fully-equipped kitchen. All major appliance and cookware/dinnerware is provided making cooking during your travels a breeze! The second dining table is just off the other side of the kitchen. This bar height table can set 4. The second living room is open to the bar height table. In here you will find a another queen sleeper sofa, comfy arm chair, a large SmartTV, and access to the backyard! Please not, our fireplace is not operational, but we think it still adds charm to our home!
This home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is the master fitted with a king bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are just down the hall. Bedroom two has a full bed and bedroom three has two twin over twin bunks. Bedroom four is very large! In here you will find two full-size beds and a sliding door that accesses the backyard! The washer and dryer is also located in this bedroom. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway and can be easily accessed by all guests.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
