Positive: The location was great. Not far at all to Sedona trails, restaurants and highlights. The property was super clean and check in and check out was seamless. The neighborhood of the property was lovely.

Negative: Was disappointed that there was no outdoor space to enjoy the spectacular Sedona scenery. There was a tiny deck with chairs that overlooked the neighbor's yard making it an awkward place to really enjoy. For the price of this property, the bathroom needs an update as do the pretty beat up towels, and there were no hangers to hang clothing. Wish there was some tips from the local owner on good restaurants to check out.

Summary: This property was clean and in a very good location. Vanilla experience for expense-needs updates.
