Nestled on the hilltop with little to no traffic, you will experience true peace and quiet. Spending the days sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise and enjoying your morning or the night listening to the fountain and looking at the blanket of stars. The minute you arrive you will feel the stress of the daily grind melt away.
Located outside the town of Dayton, Tennessee you are just minutes from historic downtown and shopping. Surrounded by lake Chigamauga, the Tennessee River and Hiwassee River you have multiple places to launch a boat or fish. This location is perfect for the weekend angler or boating enthusiast.
More attractions are just a short drive. Local attraction, Cherohala Skyway , Gatlinburg and Dollywood just to name a few.
