Positive: Room was correctly equipped and internet was decent

Negative: Upon check-in and pay, I requested a invoice from them. The person who was checking me in told me that I could get all the info through my booking provider, and did not answer me in a very friendly way. I asked again by message through booking.com, explaining why I would need an invoice from and I got the same passive aggressive answer. They provided no explanation why they couldn't. To top it all off, no one ever come to clean the room in 4 days, and the room gives no guidance on basic stuff like how to use wifi, how to check out, what to expect in terms of cleaning, etc. You have to ask it all to the same rude manager. It made the stay very unpleasant!

Summary: Rude staff/manager. Avoid
