Positive: Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good in the restaurant. View from our lake view room was superb. Room was spacious. Hotel was newly refurbished.

Negative: No mugs/cups in the room for coffee/tea only plastic cups available. No water supplied in the room but it was provided at reception when I asked for it.

Summary: Great views, location very good for boat trips and city restaurants.
