The Space:
Welcome to your Cleveland oasis featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Step inside to the large living room featuring a decorative fireplace, sectional sofa, smart TV, and retro Nintendo 64. The dining room has enough seating for 6 with the kitchen island with room for 2. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts white cabinets, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. Start your morning at the coffee station, where coffee, sugar, creamer, and flavored syrups are provided.
Also on the main floor are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second features a full trundle with a twin bed underneath. The full bathroom boasts a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and large closet. The master bedroom features a king bed, desk, dresser, closet, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Outside you will find a spacious front porch with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or a night cap. The backyard is partially fenced and has a spectacular hot tub, with room for 6.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
