Positive: The property itself is beautiful, its very family friendly and cozy.

Negative: Upon arrival we noticed a few things wrong with the property. Firstly, the rug on the staircase going from the living room to the second floor was coming off. It was very dangerous, a few of us tripped on it. The bathroom on the third floor had water damage. The door knob of the third floor (left room) was loose. Two tvs weren't working at all, the screens were blue. The cleaning was superficial too. The bathroom shower curtains were dirty, a few towels were left dirty too. The rooms appeared to be clean, but it seems like the covers and towels being offered were dirty, so we used our own towels and covers. The freezer also had ice cream left behind which we threw out. We paid for cleaning and were left cleaning after previous guests. The fooseball table was missing the ball, which we found in the living room. The table shuffle board pieces were also scattered in the theater seat cup holders. Honestly it seems as though they didn't clean, as we also picked up garbage that was swept but left in a corner.

Summary: The location and the home is beautiful, they just need to work on the cleanliness.
