Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, bird watching, a large semi level yard, 2 separate patios, close proximity for boat launching (seasonal) & most importantly- your privacy! Our home is located 6 miles from exit 11 on I-75. And only 5.5 miles from Harrison Bay State Park. This home is also centrally located for all outdoor activities: Hiwassee & Ocoee Rivers, Parks, Greenways, Downtown Chattanooga, Hiking, Biking, Mountain Climbing, Rafting, Tourist Attractions, Boating & Fishing.
This home is also a split level home with a lot of unique features. The first floor consists of two living rooms, a kitchen with a small dining nook for 4, half bath with washer and dryer and a dining area with seating for six. Also 2 patio areas, a garage and a Kamado style grill for BBQ's.
The second floor consists of 3 private bedrooms each with their own queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, closet with hangers, a 3/4 mirror and a robe. The 3rd floor consists of one private bath with only a shower, toilet and sink. Third Floor bedroom has 4 twin beds, dresser, tv, 2 nightstands.
We provide a variety of puzzles & games, internet, several televisions. we have decided to no longer offer streaming services as we find clients are using their own. we apologize if this is an inconvenience to you.
