Attractive landscaping features include native shrubs and cacti, plus a variety of citrus trees that you are welcome to pick when ripe. Despite a convenient location close to all the best that Phoenix has to offer, you'll feel like you're worlds away from everything at this dreamy desert retreat.
The breezy interior is fully furnished to suit even the most discerning tastes, with contemporary decor and thoughtful additions provided for ultimate home leisure. Leather sofas and a smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the main living area. Slot machines, classic arcade games, a TV, and an array of exercise equipment set the stage for everything from happy hours to daily fitness routines. The casita includes a suite of convenient kitchenette amenities, while the main kitchen comes more than equipped for family meal prep.
There is an automatic opening door from the main house to the deck and pool area for easy indoor/outdoor access.
The outdoor kitchen boasts a bar top, hot and cold running water, a bar fridge, a gas grill, a wok station, plus a smoker for complete culinary convenience. While the grillmaster works their magic, guests can relax around the pool and spa. The pool has an attractive rock feature and there is also a separate fountain area for quiet meditation and relaxation. A spiral staircase leads up to a rooftop deck and patio area complete with another gas grill.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
