The Space:
This lovely SODO (south of downtown) apartment sits on the top floor of the complex and near pretty much everything you'll need during your stay in Spokane. It's a block away from Ronald McDonald House, two blocks from Deaconess Hospital, and 4 mins to Sacred Heart Hospital.
You'll enter the apartment in the living room and immediately see the kitchenette, dining table and living room. In this area, you'll find a Roku TV with capability for you to login to your streaming services, the kitchen with local Roast House coffee, drip coffee maker, basic spices, basic cookware and utensils, cups, plates, bowls and coffee mugs, and a bar-height dining room table with nesting chairs, and board games for your use. Down the hallway, you'll find storage for extra sheets, pillows, blankets, toiletries and consumables. The bathroom with bathtub, step-in shower, toilet and sink are just to the right. And last, but not least, is the bedroom with double closets, a large queen bed with upholstered headboard and frame, soft sheets and throw blankets, and extra pillows and nightstands with 2 alarm clocks with USB-charging capability.
Parking is free in our covered spots and on the street. There are no parking meters in this part of town.
